Animal Emergency Appeal
Help For The Most Vulnerable
Help save animals and end suffering with one powerful gift. The Willis Fund, Animal Mukti Program, and Outdoor Cat Spay and Neuter Program are the cornerstones of our mission, tackling pet overpopulation, preventing euthanasia, and alleviating animal suffering. Your contribution to the Animal Emergency Appeal directly supports these critical programs, saving countless lives and preventing future medical emergencies.
The Sandy Fund
Support Our Stars
Have you ever dreamed of discovering a hidden star? The Sandy Fund, established by Dorothy and Bill Berloni in honor of the rescued dog who originated the role of Sandy in the Broadway production of ‘Annie,’ gives you that chance!
Just as Sandy rose from the shelter to the spotlight, animals waiting to be rescued possess hidden talents, but they need your support to unleash their potential. Your contribution doesn’t just rewrite their stories; it rewrites their destinies—giving homeless dogs and cats a second chance and the opportunity to shine just as brightly on a stage of their very own.
Rescue Pet Care Package
Sponsor An Adoptable Dog or Cat
Give more than just a gift—give hope for a brighter future. The Rescue Pet Care Package allows you to directly impact an animal’s journey to a loving home by providing ongoing medical, physical, and emotional care they need to thrive in our no-kill shelter.
As a donor, you will receive a personalized photo and bio of your sponsored pet, making it a heartwarming way to celebrate birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion with a gift that wags and purrs with joy! Your support ensures that deserving animals receive the necessary care and have a chance at a happy, healthy forever family.
A Note From Our President
Dear Friend,
Please help us care for a dog or cat in need. Your contribution, large or small, will help to underwrite veterinarian care for a sick or injured animal in our clinic, or a pet who brings affection and comfort to a lonely elderly person on a very small income. Or, it could help feed, medicate, and neuter a dog or cat in our Adoption Center.
If you have a well-loved pet, think of all the homeless animals who long to have the same good fortune. By supporting our Animal Emergency Appeal you will be helping a disadvantaged one whose life needs may be small but who depends on your generosity for its survival. The Society is more than an essential hospital to the community, we are often the only lifeline that people can turn to when their pets are seriously ill.
Sincerely,
Virginia Chipurnoi
President
