  • A. 575 Prohibits calf roping, use of flank or bucking straps, electric prods, or spurs in rodeos.

  • A. 3545/S. 5898 Prohibits administration of psychoactive drugs to animals in zoos for the purpose of having the animals procreate with other animals.

  • A. 3810 Prohibits sport killing of zoo, carnival and circus animals, prohibits sale of these animals to hunting facilities, and prohibits hunting facilities from purchasing or otherwise accepting these animals.

  • A. 4005-A and S. 4363 Prohibits the Department of Environmental Conservation from issuing permits to use wild animals in circuses.
